1 package of Tagliatelle Escargots FEREIKOS
½ cup extra virgin olive oil Eleia
1 clove garlic
½ glass white wine
Dry grated cheese, salt, pepper
Wash and chop all the vegetables. Put a saucepan on a medium heat, add the extra virgin olive oil, the vegetables and then sauté until the vegetables are soft and lightly golden. Add the white wine and wait until it evaporates. Boil the Tagliatelle according to package instructions and add the vegetable sauce. Add salt, pepper and finish with the dry grated cheese before you serve.
